1993 - The Wadsworth-Longfellow House
The Wadsworth-Longfellow House is one of the United States oldest historic houses. Construction of the house began in 1785 by General Peleg Wadsworth, grandfather of the poet Henry Wadsworth-Longfellow. The Georgian-style home was opened to the public in 1901 and continues to attract visitors.
