Seguin Island Lighthouse

Commissioned by George Washington in 1795, Seguin Island's light off the mouth of the Kennebec Rivers the second oldest and highest in the State of Maine, with a focal point 186 feet above sea level. The light can be seen for over 20 miles on a clear day.
